My favorite sport is swimming. I love this sport because you get exercise, get wet, and you can have fun! In the pool, you can play all types of games like Marco Polo, dive for treasure, Jailhouse, and much more!

At school I play football at recess sometimes I even play four square or tag with my friends. After school I play hockey or lacrosse. My team for hockey name is Team Comcast and my name for lacrosse is the Mohawks. In the spring I play with another hockey team called Protechockey. We won first place in lacrosse last year. With team Comcast we came in second place, and with Protechockey we made it all the way to nationals and won in overtime 5 to 6. Sports are very fun and sometimes very intense. I love sports.

My favorite sport is soccer. It is a very fast and fun game. I have been playing for 8 years. My favorite positions are midfield and offense, but I will play defense when I’m needed. Sometimes when I’m on defense I will run all the way up the field and score a goal. My teammates and I call them defense goals. Usually my reputation on my soccer team is the scorer
I have one major inspiration that is a soccer player he is Ronaldinho on the Brazilian soccer team. He plays midfield and can juggle a soccer ball for more than one hour. Ronaldinho is my biggest inspiration because he can make an accurate pass in less than 2 feet and has amazing footwork.

My favorite sport is baseball. It is not the most popular sport but I love it. Baseball is my favorite sport because it is a team sport. If one person strikes out it will affect the whole team. My favorite positions are second base, shortstop, center field, and pitcher. My best positions are pitcher and shortstop. My fastball is about 52 miles per hour and my slider has a good break. I play in the highest level in Little League, The Majors. I play for the Cardinals with my one of my best friends. The down side to pitching is you can throw out your arm, which means you cannot pitch anymore because you have a permanently injured arm. In my view baseball is the greatest sport in the world.

These are some of my favorite sports and these are some reasons why. Baseball is one of them. One reason it is fun to me is that I like it when I am catching a pop fly or getting a batter out on a grounder to first. The best part is hitting the ball on the second strike and surprising the other team. My second favorite sport is basketball. I love stealing the ball when I am on defense from right under their nose. These are the reasons way these sports are my favorites.

Football
Football is my favorite sport because I love tackling and fierce body contact. I want to play center on the offensive line. The center’s job is to hike the ball and then defend the quarterback. My position is the noseguard and my job is to hit the center and get in the backfield and then get the quarterback. I love football.

My favorite sport is baseball. I’ve been playing baseball for about five years. My favorite position in baseball is catcher. The catcher is the person sitting behind the plate ready to catch the ball if the batter misses it.
I also watch baseball on TV. My favorite team is the New York Yankees and my favorite player is Derek Jeter. When I was in baseball I was in the all-stars. The all-stars are the best players in the league. My favorite sport is baseball.

At Franklin Township School we play a lot of sports. We can play for the school teams that are call the Lions or we play for a league.
One of the sports that we play is baseball. We have a school team and a little league. Our little league is call North Hunterdon Little League or as we call it NHLL. NHLL has a miner league and a major league. At are age we would be in the Majors.
We play basketball. The school as a basketball team and there is Franklin Township recreation team. It is fun.
At Franklin Township we play lacrosse. The team is called the Hunterdon Mohawks. It is not part of our school, but it is sponsored by Hunterdon County. Lacrosse is a sport that involves sticks made of titanium with a net. The balls are rubber. The object of the game is to throw the ball into the triangular goal. The fun part is that you can hit your opponent’s stick.
Football is one of Franklin Township’s favorite sports. The Hunterdon Huskies have been to the championships many times. The point of the game is to run your football to the touchdown point without getting tackled.
Soccer is also one of Franklin’s favorite sports. A soccer ball has a pattern of black and white hexagons. In soccer you have to kick the ball into the net. Soccer is the most famous sport in the world.
Fencing time!!! Fencing is a sport where you hit your opponent with a sword that has a dull tip the end. There are three swords a foil, epee, and saber. When you us the saber you hit people faster than the other swords. The saber is also the also the only sword that you can hit a persons mask. The next sword an epee is the slowest sword. You can only hit in the chest area of your body. The epee is also the heaviest sword.
